Join Darling Downs Vets and Ranlab for Open Day and Scope Offer 10th September

Darling Downs Vets in conjunction with Randlab Veterinary Medicines would like to invite you to our GRAND OPENING AND SCOPE DAY

EVER WONDERED WHY YOUR HORSE GOES OFF ITS FEED AND DULL IN THE COAT DURING INTENSE COMPETITION? EVER WONDERED WHY YOUR HORSE PREFERS TO EAT HAY RATHER THAN ITS HARD FEED? YOUR HORSE MIGHT HAVE UNDIAGNOSED EQUINE GASTRIC ULCER SYNDROME (EGUS) Studies have identified that 3 out of 4 Australian horses suffer from gastric ulcers. Ulcers are formed when the mucosal lining of the stomach  is eroded due to excess acid.

Hospital tours, tea and coffee and a BBQ will also be available for anyone who wants to come and check out our new facility!

When: Saturday 10th September 2016 from 9am Where: DARLING DOWNS VETS EQUINE UNIT at BAH RAM TRAINING COMPLEX 1298 Gore Hwy, Westbrook

RSVP: Wednesday 7th September 2016 to adriana.buzas@uqconnect.edu.au

Note: Maximum of 2 horses per person, $30 per horse (includes scope and sedation). Horses will need to be starved for a few hours prior to scoping.
